About Us
Who we are, the gap we exist to close, and how we work.
Who we are
24/7 Graduate Business Incubator and Employment Hub Ltd. is a business incubation, employment, training and enterprise-development company, established to bridge the gap between education, employment and entrepreneurship.
We address one of the major challenges facing graduates and young professionals in Cameroon: the difficulty of moving from academic education into sustainable employment, self-employment and successful business ownership.
Our vision, mission and strategic goal
To become a leading graduate employment, entrepreneurship, and business incubation platform in Cameroon and, over time, across Africa, creating an ecosystem where graduates can transform their education, skills, and ideas into sustainable careers and enterprises.
To bridge the gap between education, employment, and entrepreneurship by equipping graduates and aspiring entrepreneurs with practical skills, employment opportunities, business support, mentorship, professional networks, and access to the resources required to build sustainable careers and enterprises.
The long-term goal of 24/7 Graduate Business Incubator and Employment Hub Ltd. is to build a financially sustainable and scalable employment and entrepreneurship ecosystem that contributes to reducing graduate unemployment, increasing enterprise creation and survival, strengthening the private sector, and generating sustainable employment opportunities and development throughout Cameroon and beyond.
The gap we exist to close
Every year, universities and other higher-education institutions produce graduates who are looking for a way to build a sustainable career. Many of them still need practical skills, professional exposure, career guidance, business knowledge, networks and access to employers or financing before they can enter the labour market or start an enterprise that lasts.
At the same time, employers need qualified, work-ready talent, while entrepreneurs and small businesses need training, mentorship, professional advisory services, networks, workspace and access to markets and finance.
We are designed to operate at the intersection of these needs, creating a structured pathway from graduation to skills development, employment, entrepreneurship, business growth and long-term economic participation.

Under our current base-case operational assumptions, the Hub aims to grow from approximately 300 graduates trained, 100 employment placements and 30 businesses incubated in 2027 and 2028, to approximately 4,000 graduates trained, 2,500 employment placements and 250 businesses incubated by 2031.
