Cookie Policy
The cookies and browser storage this site uses, and how to control them.
Last updated: 4 October 2026
This policy explains how the 24/7 Graduate Business Incubator and Employment Hub Ltd. website uses cookies and similar technologies such as your browser's local storage, and how you can control them. For how we handle personal information more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, keep small pieces of data in your browser. They are used to make sites work, remember your choices and, sometimes, measure how a site is used.
What we use
| Name | Purpose | Type | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| hub_cookie_consent | Remembers the cookie choice you made, so we do not ask on every page. | Essential (local storage) | Until you clear your browser data or change your choice |
| Live chat keys | Keep your live chat conversation going while you browse: a chat session token, the email and name you entered, and the time of your last activity. They are only set if you use live chat. | Functional (local storage) | Until the chat ends or you clear your browser data; a new visit after 30 minutes of inactivity starts a new conversation |
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics: counts visitors and shows which pages are used, so we can improve the site. Loaded only if you accept analytics and analytics is switched on for the site. | Analytics (cookie, set by Google) | Up to 2 years |
Our own servers do not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use cookies to sell data or show you ads.
Categories and your choice
- Essential and functional: needed for the site and features you ask for to work. They are always on and do not need consent.
- Analytics: optional. Nothing is loaded until you accept. You can say no and still use every part of the site.
When you first visit, a notice lets you accept all, reject non-essential cookies, or choose. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings button above or the link at the bottom of every page.
Third-party services
- Google Analytics (only with your consent) is run by Google, which sets the cookies listed above. See Google's information on cookies.
- Google Fonts are loaded from Google's servers to display the site's typefaces. This sends your IP address to Google but does not set cookies from our site.
- Social media links in the footer simply take you to those sites. They do not load their trackers on our pages.
Controlling cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Doing so may sign you out of live chat, and you will be asked for your cookie choice again. Each browser explains how in its help pages.
Changes
If we begin using new kinds of cookies, we will update this page and ask for your choice again where required. Questions? Contact us.
