Last updated: 4 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the services described on it, operated by 24/7 Graduate Business Incubator and Employment Hub Ltd. ("we", "us", "the Hub"), based in Bamenda, Cameroon. By using the site, submitting a form or starting a live chat, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About this website
The site gives information about our training, employment, incubation, coaching, coworking and partnership services, and lets you contact us, apply to the incubator and request to become a partner. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site or its content at any time.
2. Who may use it
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the site for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to act for it.
3. Applications
- Everything you put in an application must be true, accurate and complete, and you must have the right to share it.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee admission, a place in a programme, funding, mentoring, workspace or a job. We review applications against our published eligibility and selection criteria and may accept, decline or ask for more information at our discretion.
- Being accepted into a programme may be subject to further terms, which we will give you separately before you start.
- We may check the information you give us, and may withdraw an offer if it turns out to be false or misleading.
4. Files and messages you send us
You are responsible for what you send through the forms, file upload and live chat. You confirm that it does not break any law or anyone else's rights, and that it contains no viruses or harmful code. You keep ownership of your content, and you give us permission to use, copy and store it as needed to review your application, respond to you and run our services, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may delete content that breaks these terms.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening or misleading;
- submit false applications, or details belonging to someone else without their permission;
- upload malware, or try to gain unauthorised access to the site, admin area, database or other users' information;
- overload, scrape or interfere with the site, or bypass its security or rate limits;
- use the live chat or contact forms for spam, advertising or harassment.
We may block access and remove content if we think these rules have been broken.
6. Our content and intellectual property
The text, logos, images, design and other material on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, and you may link to the site. You may not copy, republish, sell or modify our material without our written permission.
7. Third-party links and content
The site may link to websites and services run by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Posts about startups, investors, events and partners are provided for information and are not an endorsement.
8. No guarantees
We work hard to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or secure, or that any programme, event or opportunity described will take place as stated. See also our Disclaimer.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Suspension and ending access
We may suspend or end your access to the site or services at any time if you break these terms or if we need to protect the site or other people.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, and the courts of Cameroon have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, unless the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
